For the team at Mutiny Swimwear, product quality and the satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. We are a tailoring service specializing in stretch spandex clothing and related items. Any issues with your order must be reported within 14 days of receiving your items.
To provide flexible service and continue our commitment to reducing environmental waste, each item is made-to-order. As we do not keep an inventory of standard sizes or designs in all of our available fabrics, returns are only possible when a manufacturer defect is proven through communication with our customers.
In the event of manufacturer defect, we commit to a free repair or remake of any garment purchased from our service. Repairs can be completed by submitting a request with images of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org and upon agreement and approval shipped to us to complete repairs. This service is limited to 14 days after confirmation of delivery of your order.
*Sizing issues on behalf of the customer do not constitute a manufacturer defect and we highly encourage all of our customers to review our sizing information and measurement guides thoroughly before making their purchase.
In the event that the sizing, style, or fabric is selected mistakenly, we are more than willing to help in any way we can to ensure your satisfaction with our service. Our clothing is designed to be form fitting and our sizing system factors this in to any standard size selected. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us for guidance. Many of our items are available for custom tailoring at the time of the order and guaranteed fit is only offered with a post purchase sizing consultation via video chat with our designer. This is a free service we offer on purchase of $100 USD or more and any custom sizing provided by a video consultation is guaranteed by us.
All orders placed with Mutiny Swimwear ship within 5 to 10 business days barring any issues with availability of materials or circumstances beyond our control such as shipping, holidays, or address issues. Once the shipment has been placed with USPS, Fedex, UPS or DHL services, the shipment is in the sole care of that service and Mutiny Swimwear cannot be held responsible for issues of receipt of the shipment. In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged, we can arrange a purchased replacement of the order if and when the shipping service confirms it has been classified as undeliverable or damaged. Please contact us in the event of issues with your shipment.
Mutiny Swimwear ships internationally with USPS and Fedex. We are not responsible for payment of duties, taxes and VAT (value assessed tax) to release the package to the customer. Please consult your local representative of the postal or shipping service for more information regarding taxes and fees.
